This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on acendsion.com.
1. Service Area
Acendsion ships and sells to customers in the United States only. We do not currently accept orders from outside the United States. If you place an order from outside the U.S., we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.
2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders of physical products. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.
This guarantee applies once per customer and to the first delivery of any given product.
3. What Is and Is Not Covered
Covered by the 60-day guarantee:
- The first delivery of any physical product (skincare and supplements)
- Products returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Products that are unused, partially used, or fully used (signs of normal use are accepted)
Not covered by the 60-day guarantee:
- Subsequent deliveries on a recurring subscription (only the first subscription delivery is covered; see Section 5)
- Digital products, including THE CODE and any other downloadable protocols or guides (see Section 6)
- Products that have been intentionally damaged, destroyed, or show clear signs of misuse
- Products returned more than 60 days after the delivery date
4. Damaged or Defective Products on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at acendsion@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional cost to you. This applies regardless of the 60-day guarantee period.
5. Subscription Orders
When you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the recurring interval you selected (typically every 30 days) until you cancel.
Refund rules for subscriptions:
- Your first subscription delivery is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee
- Subsequent subscription deliveries are not refundable
- You can cancel your subscription at any time at no cost, with no questions asked
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to prevent the next charge; charges already processed cannot be reversed except as required by law

- Through your customer account at acendsion.com/account, or
- By emailing acendsion@gmail.com with your order number
We will confirm your cancellation by email and provide the effective date. You will receive a reminder email before each subscription renewal.
6. Digital Products (Including THE CODE)
Digital products such as THE CODE and any other downloadable protocols, guides, or content sold on acendsion.com are non-refundable once delivery has begun.
A notice is displayed at the payment options on all digital product pages informing you of this before purchase.
7. Condition of Returned Products
Products should be returned in reasonable condition. We accept normal signs of use — for example, a partially used bottle. We may refuse a return or apply a deduction from the refund if the product:
- Has been intentionally damaged or destroyed
- Has been tampered with in a way that prevents resale or safe disposal
- Is missing essential components such as the label or batch number
If you are unsure whether your return qualifies, contact us before sending it back and we will advise you.
8. How to Make a Return
To start a return, email us at acendsion@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for the return
- Photos, if the product is damaged
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the return address and any reference number you should include.
Important:
- Do not send products back without first contacting us, as returns sent without a reference number may not be processed
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products (see Section 4)
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Shipping
We aim to process orders quickly, often within hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at acendsion@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process described above.
Before completing your purchase, please verify:
- Delivery address
- Contact information
- Email address for order confirmation
- Selected products and quantities
11. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or waives your rights under U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. This includes:
- Your rights under the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. § 8401 et seq.) regarding online subscriptions
- Your rights under the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.) if you are a California resident
- Your rights under any other applicable state consumer protection laws
If you believe your rights under these laws have not been honored, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or with your state's attorney general.
