Subscription management — You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account at acendsion.com/account. You can also email us with your order number and we will process your request. Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to prevent the next charge.
Damaged or defective products — If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
